Gearman (Perl) 1.11 script description:

Publisher review:

Gearman is a job server that allows computational tasks to run in parallel across multiple computers.

This package contains two libraries, for the client and worker portions of Gearman.

The client library allows developers to send jobs to one or more Gearman servers, while the worker library allows for receiving and serving jobs from a Gearman server.

These libraries are to used just to control process flow inside the server, not the server itself.

A Perl-based implementation of the Gearman server itself can be found here.

Gearman (Perl) 1.11 is a script for Development Tools scripts design by Alan Kasindorf. It runs on following operating system: Windows / Linux / Mac OS / BSD / Solaris.

Operating system:
Windows / Linux / Mac OS / BSD / Solaris
